Rental Costs:
Charges for rentals are not currently displayed on the website, but are available by calling our team or using the "Enquire about this item" button next to the item.

Payments:
At the moment we are unable to offer a credit facility to our customers but this will change in the future. Therefore all hire charges must be paid for in advance using our secure online payment method by credit or debit card.

Minimum order charge:

Please be aware that there is a minimum order charge of £30 (excluding delivery) for all orders placed.

Rental returns:
Please make sure that all items are returned in the same boxes they were delivered in.

It is your responsibility to pack the items accordingly to prevent any damage occurring in transit.
Any damage to the items during hire period or in return transit will be charged in full to the hirer.
All charges and costs relating to the return of items is at the hirers expense.
It is the hirers responsibility to return items within the agreed hire period.

Damage to items:
It is the hirers responsibility to arrange insurance cover for hired items during the rental period. The cover must be for the whole replacement value of each item.
Please check the condition of the item upon delivery and report any damage that may have occurred in transit to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Each item will have its replacement value clearly displayed on the despatch note
We take pictures of all items immediately prior to despatch.

Out of hours and weekends:
We understand that your production may not always operate within the normal Monday to Friday office hours and often we will always try to be flexible when accommodating your needs if we can. Please call us with any special requirements you may have but be aware that there may be some charges incurred by yourselves for out of hours cover.

Hire terms:
All items are rented to the hirer without a technician being supplied. You will be advised if an item requires a technician to set it up and an appropriate charge will be applied for this service.

Late returns:
For items that are not returned within the agreed rental terms, will incur an extra charge of a first full week plus 50% and ongoing until returned.

Multiple items rental:
Please call to discuss discounted rates for multiple item hires.

Item failure:
Prior to the hire of any equipment, you will be informed of the current working status of the items as some are non-functioning and for visual purposes only. Should any items be working and fail during the rental period, please contact us at your earliest availibility and we will attempt to resolve or replace the item where possible.
